Setting up Tendant Voice

To set up Tendant Voice on your Phone please follow the instructions below:

Android

– Tap Voice on the Tendant Home Screen
– Tap Voice Settings
– Tap Tendant Voice Activation
– Tap Connect Number
– Check Carrier is correct and change if required
– Tap “Activate Tendant Voice” to activate
– Tap to allow permission (Just Once/Always) if required
– Tap “Continue” to complete setup
– Use another number or ask a friend to call and leave a voicemail message to test

iOS

– Tap Voice on the Tendant Home Screen
– Tap Voice Settings
– Tap Tendant Voice Activation
– Tap Connect Number
– Tap ‘Yes’ to confirm
– Check the correct carrier is displayed
– Tap ‘Yes’ to confirm
– Tap call and then tap dismiss when prompted
– Tap ‘Continue’ to complete setup
– Use another number or ask a friend to call and leave a voicemail message to test.
Tendant Voice does not work on on prepaid phones.
Tendant Voice may not work on T-Mobile & Sprint due to the way Voicemails are forwarded.
