How it Works

Understand the Basics of Tendant in 3 Steps

First, we separate business from personal communications by issuing a business-only phone number provisioned via the Tendant app.

One Device | Two Numbers
Communications data are segregated
Data is encrypted on the phone and in the cloud
Employer has access to business data only
Personal data remains with the native provider

Secondly, we consolidate business communications into a multi-channel inbox.

Consolidation improves organization, saves time, and increases efficiency.
External parties do not need Tendant. It supports existing communications tools for messaging, Email, etc.
Client service is improved with Alerts for Call Transfer, Appointments, and more. (e.g. Call Transfer is invoked by the caller from the Tendant user’s voicemail greeting, e.g. “Press 1 to speak to a member of my team”)
This design creates a better communications experience and improves efficiencies for both the internal and external party.
